About QCTS
The Quick Compliance Tool Suite (QCTS) is the solution to IUID marking management and mark registration.
Comprised of several tools including the Compliance Checker and QCTS Mobile, QCTS provides marking personnel the ability to easily mark and automatically register all IUID legacy items in accordance with DON, DoD, and other Service specifications.
With QCTS, Managers can assemble items into logical groups; create task assignments for individual marking personnel and manage one or more tasks as a project; track the progress of a project or individual; and report that progress automatically through the eID Dashboard.
In short, QCTS is your key to IUID compliance!
QCTS Tools
Compliance Checker: The Compliance Checker enables users to easily test marks to determine their compliance with DoD IUID specifications. The mark may be tested by two means: (1) the mark can be scanned into the Compliance Checker or (2) an image of the mark can be uploaded into the Compliance Checker.
In addition, the Compliance Checker contains the Register Check. This allows users to upload a formatted Excel file of UIIs that the tool then compares to those in the IUID Registry. When this is done, the tool notifies the user of any UIIs that already exist in the IUID Registry. A formatted sample template is available for download.
QCTS Web: A web-based tool that simplifies the process management for IUID legacy marking as well as the physical marking of items.
QCTS Mobile: Handheld computer software for IUID legacy marking that simplifies the process and reduces the need for training. QCTS Mobile interfaces seamlessly with QCTS Web.
QCTS IUID Decoder: Software libraries meant for integration into new or existing software packages to give existing packages the ability to decode and validate IUIDs. These libraries are currently available in .NET, Java, and JavaScript versions.
QCTS Validation Tool for Integrated Logistics Overhaul (ILO): Handheld computer software that performs the same functions for ILO as the paper/clipboard system but with higher speed and greater data integrity. The tool also adds the ability to quickly mark legacy items touched during ILO.
QCTS iQ: Integrated QCTS (iQ) fully integrates desktop data management with handheld computers. Using iQ, it is easy to create handheld applications and transfer data between them and the desktop. The format and function of each of these applications can be customized to fit your needs.
QCTS Support Center: Web-based support for all of QCTS, including a catalog of currently supported hardware along with programming instructions.
QCTS Electronic IUID Dashboard (eID): An all-in-one tracking system that displays hard metrics on IUID legacy marking progress through the use of charts, graphs, and reports.
